Resolving the error

To resolve the error, delete your temporary internet files and cookies. This process varies slightly based upon the version of Internet Explorer you are using, but the following instructions should help you along.

  1. Open Tools (the Gear icon in the upper right or press Alt-X)
  2. Open Internet Options
  3. Click the Delete... button under Browsing History
  4. Check two boxes: "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data". You may leave the remaining check boxes clear.
  5. Click the Delete button.
  6. Click OK to close the dialog box.
  7. Refresh the page. You may press F5 or click the refresh icon next to the address line.

Resolving the infamous "cannot diplay the webpage" error

Does Internet Explorer give you an error inside the page that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" similar to this example? This will likely be where you might expect a calender, for example. If so, this is due to a file management bug within Internet Explorer.
